Terms of service

The agreement between your family and Knowledge Forge.

Last updated 28 August 2026

Who you are contracting with

Knowledge Forge is operated by Knowledge Forge, based in Haslemere, Surrey, United Kingdom. Contact: sakuralearning1@gmail.com · 07391798226.

By buying tuition, an assessment, a report or platform access you agree to these terms. They are written for parents and guardians; an account must be opened by an adult.

What you are buying

Each product page states exactly what is included, the price and whether it is a one-off purchase or ongoing access. Prices shown include any applicable tax and are in pounds sterling.

Digital products — assessments, reports, exam papers, interview practice and platform credits — are delivered inside your parent dashboard. Tuition is delivered live, online or in person by arrangement.

Accounts and pupil logins

You are responsible for keeping your dashboard password secure. Pupil logins for the Learning Academy are created by you or by the tutor and are tied to a single named child.

Please tell us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed by someone else.

What our reports are — and are not

Our assessments and reports are educational decision support. They are based on the work your child has actually submitted and on the information you provide.

They do not predict or guarantee admission to any school, an exam grade or a scholarship. School information is compiled from published sources and your own answers, and should always be checked against the school's current admissions material.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any named school or examination board.

Payment

Payments are taken by Stripe. Card details never reach our servers. A purchase is fulfilled as soon as the payment is confirmed, which is when the product appears in your dashboard.

Cancellation and refunds

You have the statutory 14-day right to cancel a distance purchase. Because digital reports and assessments are supplied immediately, that right is lost once you have started using the digital product — you will be asked to acknowledge this at checkout.

Live lessons and consultations can be rescheduled with reasonable notice. If a session cannot go ahead because of us, it is rescheduled or refunded.

If something is wrong with what you received, tell us and we will put it right.

Cancellation windows, notice periods and refund practice should be confirmed against your current published booking policy before this page is treated as final.

Acceptable use

Content on the platform — questions, papers, reports and books — is licensed for use by your own family. Please do not resell it, share logins outside your household, or republish material commercially.

We may suspend access where the platform is being used in a way that harms other users or breaks the law.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for outcomes that depend on third parties, such as a school's admission decision. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Complaints and governing law

Raise any complaint with us first at sakuralearning1@gmail.com — most things are resolved quickly. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
